Sharing or discussing of personal compensation could result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

    I hereby authorize Barrack Energy Services to initiate automatic deposits to my account at the financial institution named above. I also authorize Barrack Energy Services to make withdrawals from this account in the event that a credit entry is made in error.

    Further, I agree not to hold Barrack Energy Services responsible for any delay or loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by me or by my financial institution or due to an error on the part of my financial institution in depositing funds to my account.

    This agreement will remain in effect until Barrack Energy Services receives a written notice of cancellation from me or my financial institution, or until I submit a new direct deposit form to the Payroll Department.

  • Barrack Energy Services employs workers on a project-based schedule. As oil and gas construction is primarily a seasonal industry, full time hours are not guaranteed to any person employed or contracted by the company.
  • Barrack Energy Services Ltd. employs workers on a project-based schedule. As oil and gas construction is primarily a seasonal industry, full time hours are not guaranteed to any individual or contractor.
  • Barrack Energy Services requires that all workers, or any person present at a site where work is being performed, must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

    Below is a list of the minimum PPE that is required to work at Barrack. You are responsible to provide your own basic PPE. Barrack is responsible for providing specialized PPE as required.

    • Hard Hat – in good condition within three years of manufacture.

    • Work Boots – work and environment appropriate, and CSA certified.

    • Safety Glasses – or goggles, must be in good condition, comply with OH&S standards (if you require eye glasses they may be adequate if worn with side shields.

    • FR Coveralls - must be fire retardant, have Hi-Vis markings, weather appropriate, and in good attention.

    • Gloves work and environment appropriate.

  • Barrack Energy Services expects all employees to report to work as scheduled and on time. All employees are expected to use responsible judgment when not reporting to work due to illness, accident, or an emergency.

    Procedure:
    1) If unable to report to due to accident, illness, or an emergency, all employees are expected to call their immediate supervisor as much in advance of their start time as possible to allow time for their replacement to be secured.

    2) Employees are expected to notify and obtain their foreman or supervisors’ approval for any planned or foreseeable absence from work.

    3) Employees are encouraged to schedule medical, dental, and personal appointments outside of their working hours.

    4) Any employee that does not notify their supervisor and get their permission to be absent from work shall be suspended from duty without pay until the absence is reviewed by management.

    Absenteeism is considered unacceptable behavior and will be handled according to the Disciplinary policy.
  • Barrack Energy Services expects all contractors and personnel to report to work as scheduled and on time. All are expected to use responsible judgment when not reporting to work due to illness, accident, or an emergency.

    Procedure:
    1) If unable to report to due to accident, illness, or an emergency, personnel are expected to call their immediate supervisor as much in advance of their start time as possible to allow time for their replacement to be secured.

    Absenteeism is considered unacceptable behavior and will be handled accordingly.
  • In the course of your employment with Barrack Energy Services you will be entrusted with and/or have access to various assets and materials/tools. It is a condition of employment that you will reimburse Barrack Energy if you fail to properly secure, protect and take care of those assets. You hereby agree to be payroll deducted:

    • $50 to replace fuel cards which were assigned to you if you are unable to return them, along with any costs charged to fuel cards because of abuse

    • $250 to replace lost key FOBs to the trucks, equipment, or shop

    • $850 to replace a 4-head monitor if you cannot return it in working order

    • $850 for a 2-way radio that (either whole or in various parts) you cannot return

    • Actual cost of a non-negative (failed) drug & alcohol test
  • In the course of your employment with Barrack Energy Services you will be entrusted with and/or have access to various assets and materials/tools. It is a condition of employment that you will reimburse Barrack Energy if you fail to properly secure, protect and take care of those assets. You hereby agree to have the following expenses deducted from your invoice:

    • $50 to replace fuel cards which were assigned to you if you are unable to return them, along with any costs charged to fuel cards as a result of abuse

    • $250 to replace lost key FOBs to the trucks, equipment, or shop

    • $850 to replace a 4-head monitor if you cannot return it

    • $850 for a 2-way radio that (either whole or in various parts) you cannot return

  • As your employer, Barrack Energy Services Ltd, is responsible for your health, safety and welfare while at work, therefore it is important that we are aware of any conditions, medical or otherwise, which may have an impact on you in the workplace.     You owe it to yourself, your family and fellow workers to be fit for duty at all times. Barrack Energy Services will endeavor to assist employees to return to a fit for duty status as applicable.
